Extended oil change intervals
We are experts in the extending the maintenance intervals of generator sets.
This includes the lubricating oil, oil filter, air filters, and fuel filters.
The benefits of this include:
- Saving time by not changing oil as often
- Reduced cost by using your oil longer and reducing maintenance labour
- Environmentally friendly, again by reducing the amount of lubricating oil used
- Increased engine life though premium filtration and oil sample analysis
- Predictive prognostics; oil sampling predicts problems before they occur
These systems are great for rental fleets where the customer’s quality of maintenance is suspect.
We can design an extended oil change interval package to meet you needs; typically 2000-2500 hour.
